I have been selling real estate in Chico for over 20 years. I spent about 10 years at Century 21 Jeffries Lydon as one of their top Realtors. In 2003 I left that franchise to start my own brokerage.
Since then I have sold over $215,000,000 worth of homes, farms, income properties, commercial real estate, and land. My first sale was a $5,000 mobile home in a senior park. My largest sale was a large college complex that I sold for $4,650,000. I also sold the "Social Security Building" in Chico, twice. With both sales we handled very stringent leasing arrangements with the Federal Government. With such specialty sales you must use more complex financing, contractual and negotiation methods than you do in residential sales. I have 20+ years of varied experience solving many difficult real estate problems. My experience solving problems will help you avoid pitfalls while buying or selling any type of property.
